Employment is a key step in someone’s life towards wholeness. However, people don’t just have physical needs, but spiritual and emotional needs. We take time to get to know the people we work with to be able to walk with them even after employment. Taking the comprehensive approach may look like offering advice, listening, or connecting you with other resources to promote wholeness in your life.

Shalom

This is the Hebrew word for “wholeness.” We believe doing business in a godly way means regarding the whole of a person—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
